Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a critical control area that effects our operations across the globe. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management team, you will support us in setting the direction, implementation and running of our employee and third-party IAM Platforms and service offerings, globally. You will be responsible to leverage leading-edge technologies, and innovative approaches to position PMI for measurable success; improving efficiency, supporting aggressive growth and improving IT user experience with IAM services. Your ‘day to day’: • Management of Global IAM Services for platforms like Active Directory, Azure AD, Hashicorp, Saviynt Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management. • Demand management for IAM services including ongoing application/systems onboarding to IAM platforms for authorization and authentication/SSO • Ensure that work instructions for control executions are kept up to date. Run regular access reviews, execution of IT General Controls, evidencing periodic control execution across all IAM platforms • Support compliance testing activities, Internal Audits, SoX and GxP testing. • Run regular vendor management/governance forums to assess the effectiveness of the service • Ensure continuous service improvement, maintenance of service catalogs, SNOW wiki’s for critical services and participate in user enablement activities related to service rollout • Engage with the programme and change delivery team for service transition activities for new functionality and further ensure that services are supported on day one. • Oversee the delivery of critical information security and other risk remediation activities on IAM platforms. Who we’re looking for: • Experience in managing IAM services or IT services that have an enterprise scale and scope. • Experience in managing outsourced contracts, commercials, reporting on SLA’s and running outsourced services on a 24/7 basis. • Knowledge of SOX controls for IAM services or other enterprise applications and hands on experience with the automation and execution of such controls. • Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks and service management features in platforms like SNOW. • Experience in developing and tracking metrics for service adoption, customer satisfaction and enablement requirements. • Experience in working with various partners from Enterprise IT Service Management, Information Security, Risk & Controls to deliver cross-platform initiatives related to Identity & Access Management. • Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent with ITSM and/or Information Security certifications like CISM.
