(Purpose of the job) IT Analyst will Support the design, build and deployment of IT Solutions and IT processes. Engage with stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the IT landscape. (Your 'day to day') 1. Provide guidance to customers to enable them in executing their strategic plans through the application of relevant principles, practices, standards, processes and tools within assigned scope. 2. Support in the design, build and deployment of IT solutions or IT processes and/or delivery of IT services by working closely with relevant functional teams, in line with the annual and long range plans. • Following change management process and translate user requirements into functional specification or cross platform integration design of B2C or B2B solution • Worked with 3rd party vendors and global product team to make sure requirements are implemented in required duration • Design and perform system test • Coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information • Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope 3. Provide maintenance and support for local and global IS system solutions • Coordinates with global/ local support team to resolve system incidents and fulfill enhancement requests • Provide data extraction from the system to assist various market information analyses 4. Project Management • Participate as project member or Manage IT projects using Agile/Waterfall methodology with key stakeholders 5. Adhere to relevant principles, practices, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. Understand the IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT Consumer & Commercial system portfolio 6. Collaborate and share knowledge and intelligence with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable principles, practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies (Who we're looking for) • At least 2 years in Information Systems, business application design & development • Experience in eCommerce solutions or online shopping sites, after sales support, replacement, payment integration and fraud prevention • Experience in Project Management and Service Management and global solution delivery model is preferable • Experience of SAP Hybris , Saleforces service cloud/community cloud/marketing cloud is a plus • Fluent Mandarin is must
