We are looking for an experienced Business Partner for our Digital Channels based in Cairo. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional combined experience in a similar role is required, together with excellent command of English and Arabic. Candidate should be a team player and demonstrate agile ways of working. RISE TO THE CHALLENGE You will be part of the Consumer Experience team of “Philip Morris Misr” and will report to the Omni-Channel Strategy Manager with indirect (dotted) reporting to the Digital Strategy Manager. For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. You should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. As a Business Partner, you will support the company’s customer centric strategy and data-driven decision making. This position requires strong digital and direct-to-customer analytics experience to provide actionable, insight driven analysis. You will provide weekly reporting and insights to multiple aspects of the business, fusing behavioral data, business KPIs, customer analytics, and marketing metrics into actionable recommendations for the business teams. You will leverage strong relationships across many functions including but not limited to CRM, Finance, IT, Marketing, Planning, Digital, Retail, Ecommerce and Customer Service. More specifically you will: • Collaborate with digital channel managers to understand channel performance, identify gaps in user experience, propose enhancements, and help define a roadmap for the development and deployment of related solutions. • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly dashboards. Participate in weekly business review meetings. Identify traffic trends, abandon issues, and opportunities for improving conversion rates. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to increase conversion and drive improvements. • Perform data analysis to provide insights into category growth, promotional performance, customer segments, customer loyalty and lifetime value. As well as provide routine in-depth analysis of different marketing channels such as CRM, paid media, organic search, Website. • Validate data integrity and troubleshoot any data related/tagging issues. • Create behavioral flow analyses and funnel visualizations of various user journeys including online attribution modeling. • Conduct Brand and Competitive Social listening reporting. • Support the continued enhancement and evolution of our analytics capabilities. Stay abreast of industry trends and drives new analytics initiatives that contribute to business goals. • Manage and evolve the suite of digital measurement and optimization tools across the business including digital analytics platform, marketing tag implementation and user experience software. Other requirements: • Experience with Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager Site tagging implementation. • Synthesizing data from multiple sources. • Reporting/Scorecard design through Power BI. • Experience in attribution modeling. • Experience with search management tools. • Broad understanding of analytical processes including but not limited to data management, forecasting, optimization, predictive modeling, and visualization. • Excellent problem-solving abilities. • Attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong collaborator, yet able to work independently and manage multiple projects/responsibilities. • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as well as DMP Management are a plus.
