Our objective is to rapidly add new capabilities while managing the complexity of the overall IT landscape. As a Domain Architect Procurement & Leaf you will be helping us by building capabilities, modernizing existing platforms, creating a digital culture and leveraging data and analytics to improve operations and products. Specifically, you will be responsible for: • Design, implement and manage Domain Architecture Services and all related service portfolios including documentation standards, to better support current and future business needs. Design, manage and implement reusable patterns/artifacts within the domain. • Analyze, plan and manage the overall domain roadmap; and periodically publish the respective domain roadmap. • Manage an in-depth knowledge of a domain functionality and its dependence on release levels, through research in domain specific industry trends and developments. • Collaborate with PMI global/Affiliates to develop RFI and RFP documents and participate in the reviewing of vendor submissions and preparing recommendation that meet PMI requirements including compliance with established standards and best practices. • Lead and build a flexible, agile and innovative IT organization that attracts, develops and retains the best global talent in order to deliver IT required by PMI, currently and in the future. • Advise senior IT platform, business stakeholders on Technology, Architecture and information integration strategies • Support governance of PMI architecture principles and guidelines Establish roadmap for platforms and new technologies We believe, that with your support, we will build a continual change pipeline with modular design of business capabilities, digital technologies and data behind them. We will shift to perpetual evolution model to accelerate time-to-market of new IT capabilities, improved alignment between IT and the business while reducing the IT landscape complexity at large. WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT CANDIDATE WITH: • Passion about IT technology and its application to solve business processes; • University degree in Computer Science/Information Systems with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT Technology; • 10+ years of experience in applying IT technology to enabling business transformations; • 8+ years of significant expertise in specific area(s) expert level knowledge in specific engineering, technology area(s); • Exposure to International environment; • Communication skills and willingness to speak up; MUST HAVE SKILLS: • Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement processes - Demand Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Sales and Operations Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, MRP, Sourcing, Purchasing • Knowledge of the agronomy and precise agronomy topics is an asset • An experience with solutions like: SAP, Oracle, E2OPEN, Ariba, Coupa is an asset • Experience with Enterprise Architecture methodologies, diagramming notations and tools • Enterprise Integration Practices (API driven integration, Event Driven Architectures, etc.) • Cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) • Data and Analytics experience (Data Modelling, Master Data Management, DataMarting and Data Warehouses) and Data Visualization NICE to HAVE: • Exposure to Mulesoft stack • Hands on Experience with AWS platform • TOGAF & Archimate or SoaML • EA Repository (e.g. iServer, Sparx) • Proven End 2 End Delivery Experience What we offer: Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
