WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University degree in a relevant field • Previous experience in full cycle graduate / early careers recruitment (in-house) gained in a corporate and matrixed working environment • Previous experience in people management would be a plus • Ability to influence hiring managers by providing valuable recruiting advice and insights • Ability to comprehensively understand the business strategy and connect it to a talent strategy • Capacity to anticipate future talent needs of the organization and build a steady stream of prospective talent • Effective communicator, able to build strong internal and external partnerships • Fluent English speaker, with excellent organizational and time management skills, including being able to prioritize workload based on business needs • French speaking beneficial • Demonstrated ability in exercising sound judgement while working with a high degree of independence WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment for internships, apprenticeships and traineeship roles in a timely and cost-effective way – 160 roles/year • Identify, attract, engage and introduce the best and most diverse talents in the marketplace by providing market intelligence and screening while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience • Manage and Coordinate all University Engagements, including career fairs and campus engagements • Partner with People & Culture Managers from diverse functions to identify and validate hiring needs for early careers space • Building relationships with senior leaders in the Functions, to understand the business requirements and translate them into a successful talent acquisition strategy for early careers and guarantee business buy-in for Early Careers initiatives • Host and participate in virtual and on ground Early Career & recruitment events in Switzerland and European Union in order to promote PMI as Employer of Choice • Prepare, deliver and analyze regular surveys with Hiring Managers to measure quality of hire, eNPS scores and gather needs for next hiring cycle • Deliver relevant insights on Early Careers performance, specific talent segments & geographies, ensuring service delivery meets standards • Manage the team to successfully deliver on Early Careers demand and inclusion and diversity ambitions, assessing progress through the hiring season to engage any necessary actions to ensure demand and goals are met • Maintenance of External Branding representation, website and social media presence • Educate hiring managers on Early Career products and strategy as a Subject Matter Expert(SME) using internal and external data or benchmarking • Manage relationship with third party vendor in relation to External Branding and program Marketing Campaigns Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
