Your ‘day to day’ As a team member for Project Management Office (PMO) you will create, roll out and support project management framework across organization You will also: • Support PMO Manager in defining strategy, alignment to business objectives, resource management and project management capabilities. • Actively contribute doing project portfolio planning exercise to optimize commercial projects' planning & prioritization. • Assist project owners in formulating the Business Case definition (scope, goals, deliverables, costs, timeline, risks, resource requirements and milestones), ahead of the project kick-off. • Establish smooth project progress tracking practices to ensure alignment with projects owners, stakeholders, and management. • Keep up-to-date projects, done by the project owners, portfolio tracking and monitoring platforms. • Support communication and reporting channels between Central Functions and local Affiliate. Who we’re looking for: • Strong project and projects portfolio management skills. • Excellent communication skills with various levels of collaborators i.e. from project team members up to head of functions. • Solid experience in commercial organization dealing with cross-functional projects. • Ability to learn and evolve in project management as well as guide and pass your knowledge to others. • Working experience with project management software and familiar with different project management methodologies. • Becoming comfortable with a high degree of complexity and constantly evolving business environment. • Ability to identify, prioritize and generate the proposals out of it. • Proficient in English language.
