Reporting to the Manager Commercial Operations, you will play a pivotal role in developing the consumer centric commercial strategy and framework to drive Volume & SOM, in alignment with the commercial strategy and omni-channel approach. Leading a team of executives, you will manage the E2E development and execution of various projects and trade programs, to reinforce consumer and retailer engagement. Your ‘day to day’ • Develop Commercial Strategy & framework for Direct and Indirect Channel, incorporating commercial strategy within the legal framework, in alignment with key stakeholders • Develop & upgrade channel specific Commercial Execution plans, lead the deployment planning for commercial programs and analyse the effectiveness and cost efficiency of key initiatives in order to maximize ROI and productivity • Develop commercial portfolio projects & guide the field on all respective areas of execution plans/communications to ensure integration of commercial strategy • Manage annual budget & resources of Commercial Planning to ensure maximum contribution to the company’s strategic objectives • Lead, motivate & effectively coach a team of executives to achieve the desired outcomes and fulfill their potential • Improve Intelligence solutions to ensure availability of insightful/relevant/timely information in order to increase performance and support decision making • Enhance Digital Trade Engagement by launching new tools, mechanisms and educational material to support retailers' transition from physical to digital. Manage campaigns through CRM activations, aiming to increase personalization and bonding, reinforcing Customer at the Core mindset to whole team • Work with business stakeholders to ensure the understanding of business needs and constraints to automatize and improve current processes • Identify development needs for commercial organization roles and address them by ensuring the development and delivery of a holistic training strategy Who we’re looking for • 7+ years of Commercial background in Sales and/or Marketing • 3+ years in People Manager roles • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing • Ability to Lead, Coach & Influence stakeholders • Analytical & strategic thinker, with a customer centric mindset • Ability to interpret data, draw meaningful insights and take actions • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and allocate responsibilities to ensure deadlines are met • Fluent in both English and Greek (written and oral) • Military Obligations fulfilled (for male candidates) What we offer A competitive remuneration and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate, including, but no limited to: • 13 Payroll Instalments • Life Insurance • Pension Plan • Employee Psychological/Well-being support • Free Parking Slot Join us and be part of an inclusive, diverse culture, where everyone’s contribution is respected.
