We have an opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. Based in our Service Centre in Krakow, you will have an IT function wide remit in a role enjoying exciting levels of autonomy. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • In-house experience in a Senior Talent Acquisition role in a large, complex corporate environment characterised by ambiguity • Experience in end-to-end recruitment process is a must (including leading f2f interviews) • Deep Understanding of and experience within the technology space ideally IT, but any other related filed will be fine as well (Fin/Tech, Digital, Automotive etc) - you’ll be a credible TA voice for PMI IT • Experience in managing the effective operational delivery of hiring targets • Excited to implement changes, both incremental and innovative • Excellent communication skills, ability to establish relationships and deal with people on a daily basis • Fluency in English • Knowledge of Avature would be an asset • Previous experience in leading SHL/OPQ assessment would be an asset WHAT WE OFFER YOU?
