As IT Solution Expert you will be part of the team responsible for supporting various Life Sciences services and applications, as well as contributing to key IT projects. You will be helping to understand the business needs and translate them into the IT Service or Project requirements, building supporting operational processes while having significant contribution into the current and future services & systems delivered to the business. The IT Clinical Solution Expert is responsible for Service Management, Maintenance and Governance of the existing services. Engaging with business teams to understand new requirements, you will drive the design, implementation and deployment of new solutions but also modernize existing platforms, creating a digital culture and leveraging data and analytics to enhance Clinical operations. This person will be a strategic partner, strong business and technical communicator who leads multi-functional teams and vendor partners in their day-to-day operations as well as provides technical expertise on projects that will deliver on the business vision. Your ‘day to day’ • Understand and promote the IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions • Support or lead the design, build and deployment of IT solutions or IT processes and/or delivery of IT services by working closely with relevant functional teams, in line with the annual and long-range plans. • Run the roadmap for IT solutions • In collaboration with business partners, developing capability map for growing business capabilities (Real-World Evidences, Population Health Impact Modelling) • Leading or be part of project teams consisting of multi-functional, global, and virtual groups. • Apply relevant principles, practices, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services • Ensuring the alignment of Clinical systems with security standards • Performing POCs of potential solutions implementation for PMI needs within existing PMI landscape • Find opportunities and propose innovative uses of IT solutions and IT services to address specific business issues. • Supporting RFI and RFP processes for IT solutions Who we’re looking for • Passion about IT technology and its application to solve business processes. • University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science; • A professional with min. 3 years of experience in supporting or deploying IT systems in Life Sciences organizations; • Experience in Project, Service and Vendor Management; • Exposure to International environment. • A candidate with a strongly developed continuous improvement mindset and experience in new technologies and ways of working specifically Agile, ITIL, Design Thinking, Cloud Technologies; • Interest in data science; • Regulatory (GxP) and IT Audit exposure; • Willing to take action mindset, with good communication and problem-solving skills, able to present complex ideas understandably • Ready to work in an adventurous and evolving business environment and in multi-functional teams; • Fluent English (spoken and written) What we offer Our success depends on our dedicated employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
