You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed in Hong Kong under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. You will support the Smoke-Free Products at electronic Product Development Centre (ePDC) in Hong Kong. As the Manager, Product Security Process Planning, you will serve as a business partner and point of contact for the Product organisation and related functions—including Product-related Procurement—at PMI level, ensuring alignment of Security & Market Safety global capabilities with internal customer needs, and sustaining service delivery, inclusive of the followings: End-to-end standards, governance, assurance: • Defines, develops, and maintains PMI Product security program governance and framework (global) • Responsible for security procedures related to all aspects of product protection throughout the electronics value chain/product lifecycle including new product introduction, scrapping, and supplier end-of-life. • Works in collaboration with the team members to craft and implement global function audit master plan and ensure adherence to the cycle. • Accountable for total quality of Product security program. • Supervises and validates supplier corrective actions and control measures to ensure quality and timeliness of implementation; • Ensures the quality of audits performed on behalf of PMI by contracted third parties • Responsible for timely escalation and reporting of outstanding audit findings and/or significant security gaps • Contributes data/reporting; Reviews and consolidates security audit reports and findings; • Identifies trends and potential exposures requiring additional control measures Capability Building and Training: • Conducts in-person and remote security capacity-building and training engagements with third party suppliers to develop security expertise • Delivers and implement PMI internal security training/awareness campaigns, security consultancy, and capacity-building Stakeholder Engagement: • Represents PMI Security & Market Safety to internal stakeholders on discussions of global significance • Drive communication within the Product organization and critical team members in Procurement and Electronics • Provides critical input to Procurement on supplier selection • Provides strategic and forward looking thought leadership on Product security topics • Sees opportunities to embed security objectives into business processes. Continuous Improvement: • Drive continuous improvements of policies, procedures, and resourcing Who we’re looking for • University degree; further professional certification or graduate education a plus; professional accreditation in security risk management and/or occupational health/safety • 10-15 years in a corporate security management, preferably with direct experience in global product operations in the technology and manufacturing sectors • Previous international work experience and/or experience operating in a regional or global role • Program management skills; experience with innovation processes and project management gained within international companies • Full professional proficiency in English; additional language skills (particularly Chinese) a plus but not required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Mission driven; high level of personal and professional integrity; leads by example • Confident around senior management; strong influencing, networking skills, and ability to influence • Existing network of security professional contacts (i.e. peer companies, service providers, professional organizations, law enforcement community, respectful missions) • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a sophisticated organizational set-up • Able to work and perform under stress • Up to 30% travel worldwide What we offer Our success depends on our dedicated employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
