You’re IT savvy and worked with programming language software like Python. You enjoyed putting together a presentation that highlight consumer insights. You’re looking to work 25 to 30 hours a week totally 100% remote. We've got a fantastic opportunity for you. As a reporting & Planning specialist, you will collaborate with the consumer team. Helping the decision process by going through the customer journey and collecting relevant data that would draw attention to trends, habits and pattern of our customers. Those data will be built into different dashboards including in presentations and reports to different collaborators of the company Your day to day • Build & maintain call center reporting dashboard based on data from CRM platform • Manage the creation, automation, and continuous improvement of reports for various audiences including Customer Care management and other RBH internal stakeholders • Maintain and update existing dashboard in a timely manner to ensure data is up to date and relevant by reconciling from various data sources • Improve and/or develop dashboards that support the planning process and are easy to use and update • Consolidate and integrate all information from all activities to prepare & develop regular campaigns reporting and performance update to fuel analysis • Provide timely and meaningful KPI submissions, performance measurement reporting and subsequent recommendations to support operations objectives • Create and prepare the capacity planning and incentive calculations models and reporting • Provide performance review and cost allocation and analysis • Ad hoc reports as directed by business requirements and management What we’re looking for • 0-2 years of experience in reporting and planning • Ability to decompose a problem and understand the end user when designing reports • Ability to use sound judgment when preparing reports and analysis • Genuine interest and passion for working with numbers • Strong attention to detail • Salesforce Reporting Skills • Ms Excel advanced level, working knowledge with Power BI (preferred) BE A PART OF A REVOLUTIONARY CHANGE At Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. we’ve chosen to do something incredible.
