WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A self-driven professional with university degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain • A fluent English speaker with at least 3 years of experience, preferably within Order to Cash • A candidate with understanding of the operational Supply Chain processes • An individual familiar with the basic knowledge of accounting principles • With experience in using Microsoft Office tools and SAP • With excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure • Other European language will be an asset • Experiences with migration of processes will be an asset WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or SODEXO lunch card • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Coordinate process and follow up the demand orders incl. input & process orders & returns • Analyze requested return orders according to returns policies and inform Logistics Inefficiencies to be processed • Ensure timely shipments in coordination with planning team and manufacturing/distribution centers • Ensure the reflection of products movements in SAP system in line with financial flows and market specificities • Monitor Loading Schedule and shipment plans update • Follow-up on urgent shipments and ad-hoc requests from the markets • Cooperate effectively with all the stakeholders in the process: market, planning team, manufacturing centers, Logistic Service Provider • Be responsible for shipments’ documentation and invoicing • Monitor potential issues arising and timely communicate them to related stakeholders • Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure process standardization • Ensure the high level of customer service and provide the management team with timely and accurate reporting regarding performance metrics and actionable management information Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
