WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ● 2+ years within performance management & KPI programs within SSC/BPO industry ● 2+ experience in large-scale project in global environment with numerous stakeholders ● Experience and knowledge of Reporting/Analytics principles, methodologies and tools ● Experience in Finance ● Advanced Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, Charting/Visualizations); Excel VBA is a plus ● Knowledge & background in SAP, PowerBI is a plus ● Individual must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills ● Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal and visual; Competency in communicating and presenting from low level to high level audience ● Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others; Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization ● Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations ● Customer focus and result-oriented WHAT WE OFFER YOU • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals (Sodexo card) • Flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Mybenetif Cafeteria and multisport program • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? ● Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements translating stakeholders’ requirements into reporting deliverables ● Support to standardize cross-departmental data definitions, KPIs, and calculations and ensure ongoing conformance to published standards ● Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both external and internal customers ● Participate in evaluating new technologies to ensure the advancement of technology architecture and data within organization’s business intelligence needs ● Continually seek to improve existing reporting processes, frequency, and distribution methods by incorporating automation techniques, initiatives, and technology trends ● SME in terms of process and data collection for all sources utilized by the business center ● Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
