RBH Inc. is looking for a Commercial Intelligence Analyst - Key Account to support the organization’s transformation and goal of a smoke free future through astute analysis and providing clarity on key business processes. The role will be responsible for providing data driven insights that allow the commercial organization to better execute and exceed objectives while also performing regular reporting that track a variety of key measures on commercial activity. This role supports the National Key Account team by closely working in collaboration with Key Account Managers and Key Account Executives to support our joint business partners and deployment of Price Optimization. YOUR DAY TO DAY 1) Support the day-to-day analytical needs of the Key Account team by preparing information and insight to help manage their designated accounts. This would include: • Analyzing and visualizing business operations & market data • Understanding the business problem, identify the key challenges, formulate the machine learning problem and provide/prototype solutions • Collaborating with other team members as well as new revenue management platform consultants • Building data models and simulations • Incorporating these models into the revenue management platform • Preparing and examining performance and revenue reports with an eye on accuracy and compliance • Assisting with the creation of internal and external quarterly business reviews • Supporting contract negotiations • Supporting budget tracking and RF reporting • Mining End-to-end data to find Out of stock and Over Stock opportunities • Locating missed Connexions with third-party administrator and assisting the resolution process • Generating and validate price books as required • Producing product owner reports & presentations as required to support customer conversations YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE • Bachelor or postgraduate degree in business, computer science, mathematics, physics or related discipline required • Minimum three years of experience working in core revenue management concepts such as demand forecasting, yield management, pricing, bidding, etc, ideally from CPG industry • Field experience would be an asset • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) • Experience working with Nielson data and POS data (i.e. SPS / IRI) • Parsing and visualization of geolocation data • Strong Analytics & Business Acumen • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Presentation Building – Development of presentation documents drawing from all available sources • Detail oriented • Self-starter – ability to work independently and as a team member WHAT WE OFFER We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
