IT HUB Krakow With a team of over 300 and more than 20 nationalities, the IT HUB Krakow plays a critical role in creating a smoke-free future around the world. Joining the OCDIO In IT, the Office of the Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) is a small, nimble, expert team, composed of multiple sub streams. The team’s main purpose is to run the business of IT, lead the IT strategy & transformation and connect the dots across platforms on behalf of the CDIO. When you join this team, you will work closely with the IT leadership and get early-stage visibility to the PMI strategy evolution; aligning the IT/digital strategy to the last mentioned, looking after the function’s sourcing, project investment portfolio, communications, people learning and development; as well as HR & Financial tracking & planning partnerships. The Manager IT Methods & Tools will contribute to the execution of PMI strategy by codifying, standardizing, and disseminating project and portfolio management methodologies, and by supporting the development of these capabilities across the entire IT organization through active engagement with the communities of practitioners and the orchestration and delivery of training programs. You will also develop, foster, and demonstrate inclusive, collaborative behaviors to transform the PMI culture for the long-term success of our organization. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University degree / Master in Computer Science or equivalent • Proven expertise in Project/Program Management (Waterfall & Agile); Lean and Agile mindset, demonstrated also through PMP or equivalent certificate • Ability to build organizational capabilities, motivate teams and provide coaching and mentorship • Experience in delivering and supporting solutions in large, international company; proven capability to translate own learnings and experience in standard methodologies / best practices • Experience in demand management, creating and maintaining a holistic view of demand and capacity and drive the prioritization • Experience in portfolio management, identifying and reporting project performance, cross-project interdependencies and recommend corrective actions • Experience on Project & Portfolio Management tools and processes • Good communication and collaboration skills, ability to facilitate/present to large groups • Fluency in English, both written and spoken WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Employee pension plan • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, support for further educational and professional qualification • Subsidized meals in company canteens • Remote work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Multisport program • Holiday, cultural & Christmas bonus • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Drive the codification of project management best practices and standards (waterfall & agile) ensuring internal experience is codified and external best practice is incorporated, with the objective to increase quality of project management, change management and service management in PMI IT. You will be working in close contact with the pool of senior IT Project Managers • Drive the codification of portfolio management best practices and standards, in close cooperation with the pool of IT Portfolio Managers, incorporating internal expertise and external best practices • Translate the project and portfolio management frameworks into processes and tools, and drive their continuous improvement over time • Support adoption of project management and portfolio management best practices and standards by developing state of the art training material, by delivering the trainings in collaboration of internal and external training partners, and by influencing the extended community of project and portfolio managers via continuous engagement and coaching • Support the certification process of the extended IT project and portfolio management community at PMI, also through the identification of the most qualified training partners Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration, please apply in English Only selected candidates will be contacted.
