We have a rare and fantastic opportunity for a successful Employee Branding & Communications Manager to join the Marketing team. Your day to day You will lead our UK internal employee communications. Working across the full UK business, you will partner with all functions to keep our employees informed about business activities in a way that maintains a positive image of the company across different employee communication platforms, leans into our product branding, and reflects our external customer-centric marketing approach. Duties will also include development and execution of employee engagement and corporate culture activities. You will own the office environment and manage the successful implementation of our comms in and around our UK office in a way that brings to life our culture, brands and customer-centricity. To some extent this will be an “episodic” part of the role, since building works within the office can’t be a constant, however you will also think about and implement a variety of smaller measures in an “always on” fashion to keep the office fresh and exciting for our teams. We are seeking an outstanding employer branding expert. Your mission will be adopting and implementing the global employer branding toolkit for the UK&I, to help build our reputation as an employer of choice. Duties include, but are not limited to: tailoring campaigns, digital recruitment marketing, talent branding, and content creation. All with the goal of building brand awareness and interest from candidates in our key talent segments. All tasks will require detailed understanding of our global approaches and toolkits, effective collaboration with colleagues in our People & Culture team (both locally and globally), and an ability to bring a brand marketing approach into the field of employee marketing. This role requires a ‘hands-on” Employee Branding & Comms Manager with a “can -do” attitude & the ability to work both independently, but also closely with varied stakeholders, both locally and globally. This is an incredibly varied role with a significant opportunity to have a huge impact.
