We have implemented Smart Work, which is a hybrid model of working from home and office, and it will allow our employees to continue working from home certain number of days per week.” We are looking for a highly experienced Manager Digital Campaign Orchestrator to lead our operations Hub team in NYC. You will oversee the operations of the Regional Hub and the development of process standardization across functional areas and markets. You will be responsible and accountable for improving delivery of the market service offerings, engage with market and program leadership and ensure correct communication of progress. You will work report directly to the Head of Digital Hub Latin America & Canada, setting the hub vision and operating procedures with markets, agencies, and Operations Centre (OC). You will be responsible for • Supporting the Head in hub orchestration of daily tasks • Spearheading the communication of the digital directive to the markets in the region • Orchestrating all regional and local campaigns across online channels • Support on consolidation with the regional / market marketing plan calendar, and related performance metrics • Managing the end-to-end delivery of campaigns for the Latin America & Canada (i.e. brief to launch and optimization • Managing the Hub’s operational capacity and plan resources accordingly to deliver all market briefs on-time and on-promise • Championing the digital community in the region, focused on leading a best practice sharing culture • Acting as communication liaison between business, agencies and all supporting teams • Improving operational workflows to ensure a more efficient operation within the Hub and across the Hub’s stakeholders About you: • Experience in Project Leadership or Digital Marketing Industry. • Proven track record in a client-service environment including exposure to clients and ability to lead project teams. • Detail oriented with proven organizational and project management skills. • Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in managing large-scale projects and major client relationships. • Excellent social and team management skills • Experience of lean start-up methodologies and way of working • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, related field or MBA • PMP certification a plus • Spanish is a plus What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
