Communications Intern We're looking for you: • Students of last years of Bachelor’s or Master's degree • Communicative, proactive candidates with strong computer skills including Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Native Englisher speaker with excellent grammar proficiency • Self-organized and eager to learn person who is capable of multitasking • Previous work experience in Human Resources or Customer Service Communication would be an asset. At PMI, People & Culture (P&C) – HR – are at the forefront of our business transformation, supporting to craft the culture we need to be successful. Within P&C, our communications team has a role to play in engaging employees through creative content & writing and sharing information accurately. This position will be key on driving our local and global organisational announcements, elevating our crafting writing and supporting internal P&C Comms team projects. Roles & Objectives • Advise the entire PMI population about key organizational changes that impact the day-to-day running of the company, • Participate in crafting and maintaining the company’s intranet (internal portal) by initiating, reviewing and publishing Organisational Announcements, • Collaborate with various teams locally and globally to ensure synchronized local and global publications, • Build & Review content for the People & Culture Communications Team, ensuring highest standards in quality of language, consistency and creativity, • Support and drive internal team improvements by playing a role of project management, including defining priorities and measuring deliverables, • Build and maintain beneficial working relationships with other departments to enable the smooth processing of employee moves, • Identify and drive any improvements in the current system to enable greater efficiency and accuracy.
