The mission of our IT Consumer and Data team is to deploy and sustain the technology that is critical for the success of our company’s mission in the Benelux and Nordic markets. To strengthen this team, we are looking for an IT Project Lead. Responsibilities of the role: - Understand the IT Service delivery model, IT governance processes and IT portfolio of solutions. - Provide IT advice and assistance to customers to enable them in executing their strategic plans through the application of relevant standards, practices, processes and tools within assigned scope. - Support in the design, build and deployment of IT solutions or IT processes and/or delivery of IT services by working closely with relevant functional teams. - Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. - Work closely together with Project Management Function to be aligned on Market Priorities - Monitor and Control Project Budget Who we are looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems Management or related technical discipline; advanced degree is a plus. - 7+ years' experience in delivery of IT solutions of minimum 2 years as Project Lead - Proven expertise in project management (Waterfall and Agile) and ITIL. - B2B and B2C ecosystem experience (PSP, LSP, Ecommerce) - Experience in Jira, Confluence - Fluent in English - Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills Desirable technical knowledge: - AWS Cloud Practitioner - System Integration tools ( APIs, Mulesoft) - Experience in analytics, such as Google Analytics, Power BI. What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. • Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings: 1. Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions) 2. Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking) 3. Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
