WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • intern for duration of 6 up to 12 months (available min. 30 h per week), • student or University graduate with Bachelor’s or Master's degree up to 6 months after graduation, • candidate with strong personal computer literacy, including MS Office applications (especially Excel), • fluent English, native Russian and Ukrainian, • strongly self-motivated, innovative candidate passionate about development and learning, • problem solver, resourceful, who learns on the fly, • experience in multinational environment would be an asset, • SAP knowledge is a strong advantage. WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • internship for duration of 6 that can be extended up to 12 months, • daily contact with people from all around the world, • a chance to see the nature of corporate world, • possibility to practice your language skills each day. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • get to know the scope and accountabilities of People & Culture Department, • get familiarized with HR related processes and participate in its optimizations, • review and update HR related documentation, • translate HR documentation, • get a chance to collaborate with other P&C teams, also located in the markets (Ukraine, and Kazakhstan, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia), • maintain and update People & Culture systems and applications (e.g. SAP), • support the team in various improvement projects & initiatives.
