As the Strategy & Program Delivery Manager in this group, you will collaborate with our business leaders to develop business strategy and deploy corporate initiatives across PMI. This highly visible position will give you the opportunity to be exposed to different leaders and stakeholders across the whole of the business. The scope of the role means that this is a tremendous growth and development opportunity for the right candidate. Specific Responsibilities Include: • Scope, drive and manage key strategic projects in alignment with PMI corporate strategy across the organization for our business leaders: strategic projects cover commercial, product development, new businesses, new market entry, new business model development, growth hacking and profitability improvements o Drive end to end strategic project design and execution (briefing, scoping, timelines, streams results, steering committee updates, stakeholder management) solving core business problems for functions/markets/regions/business category o Lead intellectual agenda, structure, and drive complex problem solving as core part of the strategy project o Drive the execution by mastering fact-based analyses, financials, competitive intelligence, consumer insights, route to market insights and by identifying, facilitating recommendations to achieve optimal solutions o Get buy in on recommendations and translate strategic choices into actions by communicating and pitching to a large set of key stakeholders, with synthesis and with a bias for action Critical Capabilities: • Outstanding strategic thinking, problem solving and analytics capabilities, united to a proven track record of scoping and delivering complex strategy projects requiring senior stakeholders’ management in a fast-paced environment • Ability and passion to drive change in large and complex organizations and ability to manage ambiguity, delivering under uncertainty • Entrepreneurial, biased to action and roll-up-your-sleeves mindset with a high degree of assertiveness and independence, balanced with maintaining highly collaborative and agile ways of working, able to facilitate team meetings and drive tangible outcomes, motivating a diverse and international team of stakeholders Requirements • Comprehensive strategy development toolkit (industry analytics, consumer insight, strategy development, business plan development, financial modelling) • Ideally 5-8 years total experience: o Experience in strategy consulting - Minimum 2-3 years in McKinsey, Bain or BCG or comparable strategy consulting environments in an analyst/consultant/engagement manager position- o additional consumer goods or retail, consumer electronics, retail financial services, telecom, and fashion a plus • Curiosity, international experience, cultural openness, and command of English are essential with further language capabilities being a plus Preferred Requirements • STEM + MBA &/or Financial background + MBA What we offer • We genuinely care about our people, and we show this through living out our Employee Brand every day.
