Commercial Projects Intern We're looking for you: • Currently studying for your Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or relevant area • Planning and time management skills • Solution oriented thinker with the ability to connect the dots • Active listener • Team player • Eager to learn and navigate outside the comfort zone • Fluent in English, and German or French You will join the Commercial Activation team, the commercial activation Team enables to human interface channels (National deployment & direct retail) to perform at their best by ensuring all initiatives deployed to the field are properly executed but also monitored and by delivering activation tools in line with business requirements. The role is to develop together with the Commercial Project Lead a toolbox for frontliners to enable excellent execution of omni-channel commercial initiatives but also gathering key learnings and feedback from our teams facing consumers (Field, Boutiques and CSC). Roles & Objectives • Support Commercial Projects Lead for operational management and coordination of National Deployment and other Commercial Operations Business Units projects & initiatives. • Develop an activations toolbox for the Field salesforce and the boutique team to accelerate the grow of the SoM and acquisition during the internship • Support Commercial Projects Lead for briefing field force on new commercial initiatives and programs in collaboration with Commercial Engagement team. • Support Commercial Projects Lead for providing analysis & support to the line manager with benchmarks and recommendations for planned activations in line with PMSS strategy.
