PMI’s journey to a smoke-free future is fueled by technology. Rise to the Challenge Philip Morris Thailand is seeking a talented person to join our team as a Manager IT Systems. You will be working under the guidance of the Head of IT for India, Thailand and Vietnam cluster. You will be responsible for delivering IT solutions for the business, following the global PMI standard and procedures. You will work in a dynamic working environment to deliver all information services as required by our business in an optimum and secure way acting as the single point of contact for IT in the Thailand market. Your responsibilities will include: • Act as the IT Site manager in Thailand, and member of the Senior Leadership Team in the market. • Work closely with business teams and global/regional/local IT groups to articulate solutions or services and ensure services meet business needs following the global PMI standards and procedures • Interact with various global and local IT partners • Help business understand and navigate the IT landscape and new IT Operating Model • Manage IT expenditures and regularly carry out budget controls and cost projections during the year in order to ensure availability of funds • Deliver end to end IT Transformation requirements in the areas of Cloud, Security, and Controls. Who we’re looking for • You enjoy working closely with business to finding the best solutions for their information technology needs. You will be working with global teams to deliver business results through our global portfolio of solutions. • You have strong project management, interpersonal and problem solving skills combined with solid business acumen. You are customer focused, result oriented and reliable. • You have at least 8 years of experience in delivering and supporting sales, marketing, trade/consumer systems or Web/Mobile solutions, including Sales Force Automation/Customer Relationship Management solutions in a multinational organization. • You also have experience in managing software development life cycle using agile methodology, application support, system design and IT service management. • You are proficient in both written and spoken English and Thai and have a University Degree in Information System or any related field.
