As a Team Leader People & Culture Operation Reward & Information Management, your role will be to enable our Canadian organization to excel by maintaining existing rewards and recognition programs and creating innovative and best-in-class local programs to drive success. You will be the key liaison between the People & Culture Managers, Regional Hubs, Local and responsible for Human Resources Information System, Time and Attendance, process improvement, records retention, payroll and total rewards related SOX controls for the Canadian affiliate. Main Accountabilities You will be managing a diverse People & Culture team and processes like: Merit, Variable Compensation, Recognition Platform, Total Reward Statements, Human Resource Information System and Time and Attendance & Budgets. Ensuring high-quality services to the organization. You will be facilitating a strong integration among your People & Culture team/Regiona Hubs/Managers to provide Services as one team. Build a solid team spirit to cut across boundaries and get things done efficiently with standard methodologies. You will be guiding and assessisting the preparation and control of budgets, salaries, overheads, post-employment, Capex, headcount, etc. Ensuring that the Finance and business requirements are met. Also, you will be developing , implementing and administering compensation policies and programs and ensures compliance with government regulations like Pay Equity or compensation trends. You will be overseeing the data entry and maintenance into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Guaranteeing data integrity and records retention of Human Resource informations, implementing system enhancements and customizations. You will be supervising the payroll business continuity plan, annual year-end process, data testing and payroll auditing for the P&C team and other SOX and internal Risk and Controls compliance requirements. You'll be creating and documenting procedures to streamline processes and lead to compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintaining and improving quality standards within the team and identifying opportunities for improvements. Lastly, you will be managing the relationship with the external vendors and internal stakeholders. Skills & Competencies Bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the field of HR Ability to work collaboratively across departments, shared service centers and business teams Action-oriented and adept at working in a fast-paced, values-driven, thriving organization Strong quantitative and analytical skills, data-driven. Extensive knowledge of any Human Resource System Information & MS Office Skills (MS Excel) Proficiency with SAP or other Human Resource Information systems and Experience in Success Factors program is an asset Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, project management, stakeholder management, decision-making and time management skills Certified Human Resource Professional /Certified Human Resources Leader preferred Bilingual in English and French is an asset WHO WE ARE: We are Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc., Philip Morris International’s subsidiary in Canada -an International Fortune 500 Company.
