We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products. We’re looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. Your ‘day to day’ This position aims to support the organization, from an Intelligence perspective, in everything related to campaigns management: audience generation, tracking of campaign results via dashboards, tracking of impacts on consumer, generation of quarantine rules, coordination of involved teams -all of this- related to how we are evolving towards applying segmentations in our campaigns and initiatives. The purpose of this role is to help the business to create customer audiences with an omnichannel view to facilitate to the organization the development of customer centric communication strategies at scale. Who we’re looking for - University Degree, IT or engineer background would be a plus. - Native or near native in Spanish and fluent in English (at least C1). - More than 3-5 years of previous experience in a Commercial/Business Intelligence department or similar, preferably in both FMCGs and/or Services industries (such as telecom, energy, insurance, transportation, banking or software). - Understanding, through daily use, of Power BI, SQL or similar. - Understanding of BI tables and how raw data sources need to be built to enable proper modelling and efficiencies in processes. - Experience with advanced Analytics such as Machine Learning, AI, Python, R, etc. would be a plus. - Strategic thinking, business acumen, strong analytical skills and fantastic interpersonal approach. - Great presentation skills. - Valid EU work permit.
