We are looking for an intern in our Benefits Delivery Team supporting PMI entities in Poland. Together with the team you will deliver outstanding experiences and services to our employees through the delivery of employee benefits. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Student of last years of studies or graduates with Bachelor's or Master's degree up to 6 months after graduation • A communicative person, fluent in Polish and with a good command of English • Candidate with strong computer skills, especially Excel • Candidate with excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize one’s tasks • Strongly motivated candidate, interested to learn about HR and employee benefits • Other assets include knowledge of SAP WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Paid internship for duration of 6 months with the possibility to extend to 12 months • Flexible working time (minimum 30 hrs. per week, stationary from the company’s office in Kraków-Czyżyny) • Daily contact with a wide variety of people in an international environment, lots of opportunities to practice English language skills • Development in HR, learn everything about employee benefits (i.e. medical care, insurances, meal subsidy, kindergarten, employee pension plan, sport cards) and various HR tools • Work in a friendly and inclusive environment with great colleagues HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Support employees benefits administration • Support Philip Morris employees based in Poland with benefits related questions • Communicate benefits • Maintain HR applications (i.e. SAP), archive documents • Create and update documentation, i.e. guidelines and work instructions • Participate in various continuous improvement initiatives & projects Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
