Your ‘day to day’ Your job as Web & Ecommerce Specialist is to Implement the digital strategy for eCommerce, taking in to account the end to end of the process (Sources of traffic, Website performance, UX, points of friction and Platform requirements) in Direct Channels and Online strategy in Market Places • Work in tandem with our Digital teams to optimize the owned media strategy and campaigns through monitoring execution performance. • Web and E-Commerce / marketplaces platform management and governance together with markets. • Asset publishing and management, perform UAT (review and approve content trans-creation for global content, review and approve configuration and UX) • Support in day-to-day activities related to the maintenance of our websites and Ecommerce channels. • Measure and analyze performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics 360, Conductor, Glassbox, Optimizely etc.) and propose next steps to further improve consumer experience. • Work closely with SEO agency, IT and other Marketing Teams to further improve our website performance and define SEO on/off-site optimization strategy to increase Brand positioning for branded and non-branded keywords. Who we’re looking for • 4+ years as an ecommerce expert with full backend system and distribution/ financial implications understanding • Expertise in managing brand presence on external partners websites • A data-focused mentality and familiarity with analytics platforms and with a track record of distilling actionable insights from data. • College/university degree; marketing/Commerce/Computer Sciences/ business field is advantage • Advanced English Skills • Proficient with Google Analytics 360, Search Console and basic understanding of Google Tag manager • Ability to relate SEO concepts to non-SEO audiences of different levels. • Technical understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript • Jira / Confluence What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
