Your “day to day” As part of the Marketing & Digital team, the Associate Manager Consumables will be responsible in developing and implementing brand/portfolio execution plans for all Consumable products and propose action plans in order to contribute to sales, volume & market share objectives. The role will also be supporting the Head of Consumables to develop strategies and corresponding marketing plans for the assigned initiatives / projects. You will also be responsible to: • Provide support to develop marketing plans and corresponding action plans for all Consumable products. • Develop business case in supporting the marketing plans by engaging and aligning with relevant functions and with regional headquarters (RHQ) portfolio team. • Execute marketing initiatives to support the brand/portfolio marketing plans (i.e. new product launches, limited editions, pack upgrades and sales cycle support), within allocated budgets. • Evaluate the on-going projects on periodic basis and ensure adherence to the approved plans, follow-up and prepare insightful reports on portfolio related activities with the aim of proposing immediate pivoting to improve outcome. Also, to perform regular market visits for on-ground assessment. • Manage the creative/advertising agency for development of all brand related materials to execute marketing activities. • Manage and coordinate engagement amongst internal organizational functions to develop and implement new product and marketing initiatives. • Initiate and manage internal processes to deliver the execution of plans through PMI business applications. • Ensure regular control of all budgets related to the brand portfolio expenses, analyze the efficiency & cost effectiveness of all running brand related activities, in order to achieve maximum ROI while optimizing brands allocated budgets. • Ensure that all developed and implemented marketing activities are in line with local regulations & PMI Marketing Code by equipping self with the understanding and knowledge of adherence. To engage stakeholders for clarity and define possible execution route. All execution to undergo internally defined process. Who we are looking for • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Marketing function focusing on brand/product management, preferably in the FMCG industry. • A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast changing environment. • A self-starter, ability to prioritize, conflict-resolution skills and adhere to business-critical deadlines. • Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization, provide leadership and vision, and engage people to achieving business objectives.   • Demonstrates the ability to work sensitively, and effectively, within and across diverse teams. • Demonstrates authentic ambition, sense of urgency, agility and tenacity and a genuine commitment to revolutionizing the industry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
