Manager Communications Your ‘day to day’ • Implement external communications and PR strategy across relevant publications through dedicated campaigns and initiatives • Produce relevant articles and video content pieces on topics relevant to the business. • Collaborate with the External Affairs’ team and other departments to secure significant media coverage related to activities that are relevant to the business. • Write and edit a variety of different content to support communications and other departments efforts, including newsletters, updates, briefings, presentations, press releases. • Coordinate the publication of communications contents and network, maintain and further enhance PM’s relations with the media and PR agency. • Develop locally tailored communications on major issues and priorities, aimed at designated groups and communicate them exclusively and effectively. • Monitor the company’s media and social media presence and create reports detailing the successes and failures of communications campaigns and strategies. • Keep contact with Global Communication team and responsible for all global comms updates into the local market • Maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders, key journalists. • Coordination of small to medium size corporate business events • Perform administrative tasks (meeting minutes, presentations, procedures updating) • Analyze departmental reporting to ensure key and relevant information We are looking for a profile with the following requirements: • Proactive and passionate • Able to work cross-functionally and build relationships inside and outside of the organization with a strong sense of work prioritization. • At least 6 years of relevant experience in communications / PR /Media with a global orientation and experience; • Ability to work at all levels of the organization • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills • Team oriented – ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams • Ambitious and an entrepreneurial self-starter who loves to come up with new approaches and is eager to experiment. • Good at thinking out-of-the-box and finding innovative solutions. • Comfortable with MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Native in Romanian & Fluent in English
