Your ´day to day´ • Co-Manage the yearly CRM/promo activity plan execution in cooperation with local and HQ Digital and Marketing teams including campaigns integration, new features implementation and platform roll-out across our product categories in Sweden • Act as the owner of the CRM platform and ensure the proper execution of automated and ad hoc promotional campaigns with relevant and timely content • Plans, leads & supervises CRM Campaigns: targeting, standard recommendations on frequency, content, optimization, segmentation, personalization, etc. • Accurately integrates SMS, e-mail, push notification and other technologies into marketing campaigns to effectively combine offline and online communication channels via our CRM platform • Designs and optimizes existing and new automated & ad-hoc digital communication campaigns via our entire touchpoints with relevant and timely content per respective segment group • Monitors digital campaigns’ performance and work closely with CRM agency and internal stakeholders to properly optimize them • Timely alignment with all internal collaborators to ensure all digital communication addresses CX findings, serves properly each initiative and is in line with brand identity • Conducts optimal and innovative testing methods, review and analysis of all CRM activities to ensure optimal results. Who we’re looking for • At least 3 years prior practical successful experience in digital marketing and CRM roles • University Degree in IT, Business or Marketing. MBA / MSc in new Technologies, Digital Marketing, eCommerce would be considered as a plus • Proactive, creative and innovative with strong interpersonal, multitasking and communication skills • Proficient in CRM, email marketing, digital analytics and reporting platforms • Driven and curious personality, with a digital strong entrepreneurial mindset • Attention to detail and “can do” attitude • Understanding of the online acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong plus • Powerful leadership skills and eye for business • Google Partners Certification would be considered an advantage • Native level of Swedish and fluency in English is a requirement for this role.
