Your ‘day to day’ As a Project Lead, we count on you to achieve these following tasks: - Enable strategic priorities through projects while facilitating cooperation among multiple business functions. - Ensure project management governance and this way enable business to achieve given objectives by identifying risks and opportunities, prioritization capability and KPIs tracking. - Ensure all the involved parts follow given PM standards with focus on the set up of the priorities and results tracking. - Lead project submission process, ensuring right alignment to business strategy and market yearly targets. - Set standards, processes, equip market organization with methodologies and templates. Support organization on process mapping if needed. - Provide market insights on Commercial strategy – work closely with market management team on following through the cluster strategy. - Provide oversight of the full market initiatives portfolio, across functions and cluster channels. - Follow global guidance in terms of project progress tracking within group tools. Who we’re looking for - University degree (additional project management certificates would be a plus). - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus. - 6-8 years of work experience within various business departments (for example, working closely with sales & marketing) in a multinational company (FMCG) and/or international environment, preferably including finance and consulting background. - 3-5 years of experience in project management. - Experience in running projects in a complex, fast paced organization. - Strong project management skills, financial and business acumen. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Agility and ability to deal with ambiguity. - Valid EU work permit.
