About the BRIDGE program You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa. Who we’re looking for - Recent university degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Law, Psychology or similar. - Fluency in Spanish and English (at least C1). - Advanced usage of Excel and Power Point. - Well-organized and planned individual, curious and eager to learn. - Good communication skills and customer-oriented. - If you are analytical, solution-oriented and detail endowed, you are a fit. Responsibilities Philip Morris Spain is seeking talented people to join our Human Resources team based in Madrid to support the commercial area: - Follow up, analyze and simplify process linked with reports of the commercial area KPIs (absenteeism, turn over, leavings, upgrades, promotions ...). - Follow up of people management processes. - Maintenance and update of intern database about people process monitoring (performance management, new hires, organizational changes, quality controls). - Support in the daily management of B2B, B2C and Retail.
