For our manufacturing plant in Bergen op Zoom we are looking for a people focused, energetic & flexible: (Junior) Business Partner People & Culture | HR You work closely with our business in deploying People & Culture (P&C) services. Reporting to the Manager People & Culture - Operations, you will act as a trusted advisor and coach for our employees and leadership through closely partnering with the business. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE: • Represent P&C as a highly valued Business Partner for Operations and all other key stakeholders, to provide support, insights and to partner with the business and our employees to coordinate and support people solutions that drive business results; • Provide robust day-to-day P&C expertise, support and coordination on the entire employee lifecycle and partner with supervisors and managers on global and local P&C initiatives such as people engagement, development, performance, compensation (CLA), illness etc.; • Support and leverage global and local P&C initiatives by implementing and coordinating programs focused on equal salary, employee engagement, organizational culture and diversity; • Support internal & external audits properly and ensure P&C activities meet the internal & external audit requirements; • Prepare and analyze data for projects and statistics; • Back-up to our Talent Acquisition colleague to effectively manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process in compliance with PMI global guidelines and legal requirements, enabling us to source, attract and select the best candidates in a cost-efficient and timely manner; • Administrative tasks, eg invoices and reporting; • Participate and drive as P&C member our lean manufacturing transformation program (ORG pillar / OPEN+).   WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: • Minimum a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; • You have around 5 years of experience in HR positions with broad and increased responsibility in an international Manufacturing environment; • You understand the entire spectrum of HR programs, life cycle & processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, illness and basic knowledge of labor law; • You demonstrate business acumen, the ability to see the ‘’bigger picture’’ and a hands-on and can-do mentality to take ownership of your responsibilities; • You are known for excellent communication and relationship building capabilities; • It is required to be fluent in both Dutch and English; • Availability: minimum 4 days a week.
