YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - You coordinate the logistics team of our service provider to ensure an excellent "OTIF - Order fulfillment" service. - You will work closely with the markets to ensure that shipping priorities and special requests are implemented accordingly and escalated to the service provider if necessary. - You will oversee the complete shipping process of devices and accessories from our electronics manufacturers via the fulfilment hub to the stores' warehouses and ensure an efficient supply chain flow in terms of time, cost and quality. - You work closely with the Customer Care and Finance departments. - You prepare reports and analyses on the activities in the HUB, monitor KPIs and the corresponding target achievement - You ensure efficient communication between the HUB/LSP/Sync HUB and the markets. YOUR PROFILE: - Degree in the field of economics, supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or comparable - Profound knowledge of logistics/supply chain processes - Knowledge of SAP and transport management systems - Very good ability to understand complex and multi-layered problems and to derive quick solutions from them - Customer orientation as well as strong negotiation and communication skills - Very good MS Office skills - Fluent English, German language skills are an advantage Do you want to be part of this transformation?
