As a Field Force Planning & Communication Executive (NL) you will work on our conventional brands & Reduced Risk Products. Your challenge is to closely collaborate with different stakeholders in order to connect all the ongoing commercial projects/initiatives and translate them into activation plans including fitting communication for your stakeholders. The key projects are linked to new launches, portfolio optimization, trade marketing and commercial optimizations. Your key customer will be Field Sales NL. Responsibilities of the role: • Internal Communication: Field Sales communication (Meetings, Sales Letter, IB, Teams) o Ensuring that Brand & Commercial initiatives are communicated clearly to Field Sales to ensure smooth deployment o Create understanding towards back office regarding the front office needs, dynamics and executions. • Stakeholder Management & Communication, foster alignment with all the different departments & stakeholders in order to define the best solution. Ensure all activities will be communicated in an efficient and effective manner. • Update & Improve the Online Communication & Documentation Platform (Teams) Requirements: • Communication is key. Therefore, experience in (Trade) Communication can be helpful • Excellent planning skills • Strong priority setting & agility skills • Natural Collaboration skills (stakeholder management) • You speak and write Dutch as if it were your mother tongue and are fluent in English • Passion for customer centric working • We want you to bring your ideas, your motivation and desire to succeed • Curiosity to explore new ways of developing our business and hands on mentality to deploy new initiatives We offer: The position of a Field Force Planning & Communication Executive will help you to enhance your experience in multi-category projects, deployment of commercial initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. You will work together with a dynamic, passionate team and in a professional setting. What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying.
