Acting as HR subject matter expert and business partner to multiple key functions within our UK affiliate, you will advise on and deploy key HR products, services and processes that help ensure we have the right people and the best talent for both current and future business needs. Advising, coaching and training business leaders and employees, you'll provide advice and insights to build people capabilities, facilitate our performance management, talent review and merit cycles and closely collaborate with our leadership team to drive a forward thinking and inclusive people agenda! Your day to day Acting as Business Partner for functional Line Managers with focus on Head of Function and their direct Managers, you’ll anticipate, understand business demands and ensure support to meet local business needs and objectives. Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll contribute to the creation of HR strategies, focusing on the aspect of human capital, organizational development, and change, by providing an input on functional specific needs and priorities. You’ll be supporting your key stakeholders in selected events of the employee life cycle but also be the first point of contact for employees regarding individual issues or developmental needs. You’ll also create and implement organizational development plans to achieve a strong functional talent pipeline. Alongside this, you’ll be facilitating functional talent reviews and regular follow up meetings to review the progress of the organizational plans and ensure all agreed critical moves are supported and completed. With our ongoing transformation, you’ll act as our change agent fostering the culture of change and coaching the local functions on their way to Leadership Excellence and measuring that these services are effectively deployed. Finally, your role will include providing input to the workforce plan and align the strategy and the needs with our HR Director. About you As a successful senior HRBP, you’ll have solid experience in HR (processes, policies, practices, etc) and with organizational development/design. You’ll be a strong communicator with the ability to flex your style, have a real enthusiasm for coaching others and relationship building and be organised in your approach.
