We are looking for a problem solver with a strong analytic and strategic thinking, balanced with communication skills. The successful candidate will provide value and support by attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talents for today’s and future business needs, while ensuring the best candidate experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Full recruitment cycle from CV search, screening and interviewing candidates, up to contract preparation and on-boarding finalization; • Active candidate sourcing and management throughout the recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring managers; • Conducting necessary external research (databases, social networks, etc.) to source and identify prospective candidates and to develop the company target list; • Managing vendors (agencies, search firms etc.) to drive the recruitment process toward successful conclusion; • Cooperate on execution of TA Strategy activities (e.g. University relationships, Job fairs, Open days, Competitions, etc.) to strengthen employer branding + HR marketing. YOU WILL HAVE: • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition working with IT profiles; • University degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related field; • Solid problem-solving/logic reasoning and strong analytical skills; • Critical stance, proactivity and attention to detail; • Organizational and planning capabilities, having the ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing circumstances; • Good communication and relational skills, being comfortable working independently as well as in a team; • Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese; • EU citizenship or a valid work permit to work in Portugal.
