WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A student of 3rd, 4th or 5th year of studies or University graduates with Bachelor's or Master's degree up to 6 months after graduation in a quantitative field (e.g. data science, engineering, economics, statistics, I/O psychology), • Skilled in using a programming language to deliver statistical and data modeling (Python preferable) • Has a growth mindset looking to learn a wide range of skill sets, including desire to deepen knowledge around one of the following: 1. Data engineering (ETL, data warehousing). 2. Data visualization tools (e.g. dashboards such as Power BI) 3. Learning additional programming languages (R, SQL) Our ideal candidate is someone who: • Has strong attention to detail, • Is interested in people and how they behave • is proficient in both written and spoken English, • Is open to working flexibly with a team members and stakeholders in different time zones WHAT WE OFFER? You will join the People Analytics & Insights team based in Krakow, Poland, with opportunities to work remotely. You will work in close collaboration with teams across the globe to build data products to help business leaders more efficiently manage their teams. You will learn: • how an organization works on a strategic level, • what drives efficiency and how advanced analytical techniques can help enable this, • a ton of skills such as data science techniques, dashboarding and agile working HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Work alongside a team of data scientists, data engineers and people consultants to define business problems, develop solutions and build data products, • Work with, clean and organize large volumes of confidential data, • Prepare datasets, build models and generate insights to influence senior leaders, • Use a wide range of statistical and visualization techniques to bring insight to business problems • Work as part of an agile scrum team within a large ecosystem of data analysts across the globe.
