Join us and #MakeHistory We are looking for: Manager IT Consumer Salary range: Competitive salary + excellent benefits Location: Ho Chi Minh city Reports to: Manager IT ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible to implement, maintain, support both B2C and B2B IT solutions and digital platforms to meet the business needs of the organization by collaborating with global and regional functions as well as local business partners. • Understand the capabilities within the global IT consumer/commercial portfolio and provide the daily IT support, advice, and consultation to customers in the Vietnam market • Engage with customers to collect business requirements, analyze and propose best IT solutions according to the market needs. • Apply project management, change management, service management practices. REQUIREMENTS • Good knowledge in Order to Cash business processes (B2B or B2C) • Good knowledge in Digital Engagement (B2B or B2C) • Good experience and direct involvement in commercial systems, preferably CRM (consumer/retailer engagement), E-Commerce websites, Salesforce Automation/Distribution and/or Retail-POS solutions.
