About the BRIDGE program You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineer, Business or Economics or similar. • Excellent Spanish and English level, at least C1. • Experience in traceability and systems. • Advanced level of Excel. • Good communication and internal and external customer management skills. • Pro-activity, teamwork and results orientation. • Excellent analytical skills. • EU valid work permit. Responsibilities You will be part of the Logistics team based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. • Learning and understanding of the whole logistics process in a multinational company. Administrative support and follow up of the logistics services in the Canary Islands. • Monitoring of PM Spain compliance with traceability obligations according to the European Tobacco Products Directive (TPD): - daily follow-up of the Philip Morris International Compliance Module where all messages to be reported to the Authorities are collected. - analysis of errors and warning messages, transmission logs. - escalation of deficiencies. - implementation of corrective measures with the logistics operator. • Monitoring of the compliance of PM in the Canary Islands with the tracking requirements for Reduced Risk Products (RRP). It includes among other things review and follow-up of PMI's central tracking base (iTrack) with SAP, escalation of deficiencies and implementation of corrective actions with the logistics operator. • Learning in the Operations area using demand planning tools. • Relationships with internal employees and third parties (factories, logistics operators, ...). • Use of SAP and other applications.
