PMI’S JOURNEY TO A SMOKE-FREE FUTURE IS FUELED BY TECHNOLOGY We are looking for a skilled and passionate Security Tech Lead Engineer to join our Centre of Excellence for Technology to build and scale effective software solutions for our Ecommerce Domain. AS A SECURITY TECH LEAD AT PMI YOU WILL: • Leads cross-team strategic efforts, influencing decisions to achieve cross-team alignment on major goals • Lead the Security Chapter and technical hiring process for Security engineers • Refine roadmaps across teams based on technical strategy & constraints by defining and creating new technical product abilities, changing technical strategy or constraints, anticipates and communicates blockers, delays, forecast technical cost ballooning across teams, before they require escalation and ensures expectations across teams and stakeholders are clarified between all parties involved. • Thorough understanding of several team's domains, and how they contribute to overall business strategy, with the ability to weigh cost and value in order to make the most economic action • Review and ensures cross-team work & dependencies are noted and well understood by all teams involved and other relevant stakeholders. Works across teams to foster a culture of priority setting and urgency in alignment with organizational and product strategy • Effectively handles risk, change, and uncertainty across several teams. Decides and acts responsibly in their work across teams without having the total picture during routine business, as well as when in high pressure situations • Works both within and across teams to foster a culture of architecture that allows for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling. Guides several teams in anticipation of future use cases and helps them make technical design and architecture decisions that minimize the cost of future changes • Actively works with the security team, as well as across several teams, to apply the organization's security strategy - Fostering a security first mindset across those teams and leading by example • Actively work with product owners and product teams to ensure work is appropriately broken down and prioritised, and well understood by all involved teams • Reviews tasks critically and ensures they’re appropriately sized for continuous integration and incremental delivery • Works with the team to break through bottlenecks and technical challenges YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU HAVE: • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Software Engineering with appropriate experience • Proven work experience as a Security Engineer or similar for 6+ years • In-depth understanding of the entire secure development lifecycle • Identity and Authentication standards such as FIDO and OAuth  • Understanding of cryptography  • Penetration testing experience • Source code reviews • Experience with dynamic application security testing tools  • Experience with static source-code analyzers  • Vulnerability research, management and identification, including extensive OWASP knowledge • Good understanding of HTTP protocols, security controls, API design and security testing • Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude • Software development experience with Scrum Agile framework ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE THAT WE’LL VALUE: • Experience with threat modelling • Experience Azure active directory • Understanding key processes in Cloud technology • Define security test cases during test automation and evaluate new tools to improve the security of the group application • Proven experience in source code management tools such as Bitbucket and Git • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Tools (e.g. Terraform, Jenkins) • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE COMPANY: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
