We are currently looking for a Brand Manager to join our Philip Morris Nordics Brand communication marketing team. You can be based in either Stockholm or Copenhagen. The PMI Nordics Marketing team consists of 5 teams that work closely together on activities across different categories for the 4 Nordic countries. This role sits within the Brand communication and content team and focuses on IQOS brand strategy. YOUR DAY TO DAY: • Communicate IQOS brand identity through tactical activities in our own stores and at events/festivals, with particular attention to strategy alignment and concept creation; • Work with agencies by providing clear scope, briefs, budgets and timeline to ensure the brand identity is successfully translated across all creative work; • Contribute to the development of annual brand plans based on regional and country-specific objectives, in collaboration with the other PMI Nordics Marketing teams; • Support the other Nordics Marketing teams (e.g. Portfolio teams, Digital Marketing team, etc.) to build communication and content for new launches and activations; • Run local adaptation and execution in the Nordic markets of PMI Global brand toolboxes based on specific country contexts, aiming to achieve brand awareness, understanding and growth; • Engage in sales, market, and consumer data in order to understand strengths, weaknesses, and spot opportunities to communicate and activate the brand; • Monitor and coordinate with all relevant Commercial departments to ensure consistent communication across all channels in the respective market; WHO YOU ARE In order to be successful in this role you need to have a curious mind, dare to challenge and be comfortable taking decisions. You enjoy engaging with stakeholders at all levels and experienced with managing own projects. The role is broad and the opportunities many! In addition to the above we would want you to have: • Master degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant education • 3+ years of relevant working experience in a multinational company or in creative strategy agencies • Experience in brand awareness and in brand communications, including the strategic creative process behind it • Exceptional project management skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to think fast, work autonomously and manage multiple things at the same time • Fluency in English, knowledge of a Nordic language would be an asset WHAT WE OFFER: We have the resources and the people power to succeed.
