Your ‘day to day’ Knowledge Management • Drive and sustain our Knowledge Management program. The program objective is to: o protect knowledge and process documentation globally, assuring it remains complete, up-to-date and auditable with standardized solutions, systems and platforms across all process deliveries o ensure those who are new to the role undergo functional training and certification scheme, before working independently (i.e. existence of training plans, training materials, question banks) o provide/monitor monthly reporting on certification completion of our new joiners • Manage Knowledge Management Platforms Training Programs & Onboarding • Identify and drive innovative digitalization of learning (eg. e-learnings, interactive learnings, video trainings and desktop assistant) • Support deployment of learning programs (including onboarding program) for Business Solutions Organization (GBS) • Provide specialist advice and expertise to ensure learning solutions are fit for purpose globally and works to ensure they provide clear business impact • Create & maintain Communities of Practice to drive organizational learning • Leads initiatives/projects within the portfolio of work and curate solutions for business needs – including defining learning outcomes, measures, and impacts of learning program against set metrics and modify solutions as needed. • Promote available training opportunities as well as driving a learning culture Who we’re looking for • Holds Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • Minimum 10 years of experience in the knowledge management/learning industry or related field • Background / hands-on experience in full life cycle of learning programs (design, create, develop, implement); Experience in transformation projects would be desirable • A customer-focused champion of lifelong learning with excellent interpersonal skills, influencing and communication skills • Motivated to lean with the ability to work independently and with teams across different locations/time-zones • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting priorities • Robust change and project management experience with strong analytical and innovative thinking skills • Possess flexibility and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), proficiency in Visio or Bizagi is a definite advantage What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
