You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ You will lead and manage the Environment and Occupational Health in our factory including our other site. You will act as advisor for all Environmental topics driving towards Carbon Neutral and Zero Discharge and you will work to engage all manufacturing functions to develop a strong environmental culture. Your responsibilities include: • Manage and develop a motivated and skilled team to ensure you will be able to implement sustainability activities and plans to continuously raise the awareness of to achieve our sustainability targets and objectives • Develop, implement, and monitor our sustainability management systems and programs through appropriate training plans • Execute a proactive loss prevention program including risk management, inspections, audits, and emergency planning through strong collaboration with multiple key stakeholders • Participate in sustainability projects to ensure clarity on the design, construction, installation and commissioning of buildings, engineering works, machinery, and equipment. Who we’re looking for You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related courses). You have at least 2 years of experience working in a high volume consumer goods manufacturing company in an Environment, Health, and Safety role. You are well-versed in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and other regulatory requirements. You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills. Good communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also required. Strong collaboration and project management is also required.
