WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Proven experience in software license management in a sizeable multinational company • An entrepreneurial spirit, seeking the opportunity to make valuable contributions through change • Good conceptional knowledge of Information Technology • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Confirmed researching ability (comfortable in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data) • University degree (Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent) • Accuracy & attention to details • IT Asset Management and Discovery Tools experience • Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions • Proven experience in defining and leading large projects, with the capability to translate concepts into plans, priorities, and efficient resource allocation WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program • A wide range of training, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification, support the possibility. • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Build/maintain a comprehensive inventory of software licenses in central functions/markets, assess the utilisation and the compliance of software assets or subscriptions in scope • Ensure on-time and accurately performed renewals and acquisitions of software products • Manage Software Asset Management tool(s) for on-premises products and SaaS • Evaluate licensing options, named versus processor licensing, on-premise versus cloud, owned versus SaaS, and provide recommendations • Cooperate with business partners (legal, procurement, finance, Security, …) to guarantee agreement on terms and processes (respecting all PMI practices, policies & Guidebook for Success) • Document all processes and train all involved parties on various processes (inventory, monitoring, compliance and forecasting aspects) • Provide support during negotiations with software vendors or audits from software publishers with accurate information and reliable estimates • Analyse the large volume of software entitlement and deployment data and provide data and insights to senior management to support effective decisions • Promote a continuous improvement culture to improve delivery and reduce costs Please note that only online applications will be taken into consideration.
