YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY' • Design, development and maintenance of B2C digital solutions including eCommerce, digital marketing, Retails sales (Direct/In-direct) and call center to achieve PMK strategies in line with the global PMI standards and procedures • Understand the Consumer Journey framework and differentiate consumer experience via B2C digital solutions and design their solutions to interface with the Other global/local Ecosystem • Understand commercial business needs, rationalize and define IT solutions to deliver tangible business benefit to commercial departments • Proactively identify business requirements and agree the solution with Local, Regional and Global Key stakeholders. • Support the deployment, localization of global/core business system solutions including data alignment. • Support delivering IT services in an optimum way and ensure proper service management practices are in place to maximize operational efficiency. • Support planning and managing the delivery of consulting and other services by external and internal service providers in order to ensure delivered service levels meet the business needs. Select and manage contractual relationship with any locally sourced vendors. • Actively collaborate and build relationship with customers, suppliers and service partners on all aspects of service delivery to ensure the end to end service chain is aligned to meet the current and future needs of the customers. • Ensure adherence to all PMI policies and guidelines on security and compliance by supporting the assessment, planning and implementation of IT ISDP requirements (policies, guidelines, Data Privacy etc.) to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity and availability of data. • Demand Management Process WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University or above preferred • At least 2-4 years in relevant IT and Digital experience • Experiences in multinational company with a global IT Organization/set-up and outsourcing model preferred • Strong technical knowledge in commercial and digital platform in FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods) environment, and good understanding of retail business (B2C) in digital space and offline touchpoints like flagship store • Highly preferred experience with solution deployment in e-Commerce space that includes digital marketing strategies, product development, online sales strategies, web analytics for actionable insight • Highly preferred experience in Salesforce.com solution (SaaS): Service Cloud, Marketing cloud and other salesforce components • Understanding or experience in using productized Cloud Services (Amazon Web Service, Microsoft, or Google) • Hands-on experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements and converting to solution design • Experience in Software Development Cycle a plus (process & platform design, tool implementation and user validation test) • Hands-on knowledge of Data architecture and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power-BI experience a plus • Ability to effectively collaborate in a project-based organization • Good command of written and spoken English and Korean • Team-player with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
