Join us and #MakeHistory We are looking for: Head of Marketing Salary range: Competitive salary + excellent benefits Location: Ho Chi Minh city Reports to: Head of Digital & Marketing ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Portfolio/Product strategy and management, Marketing Communications and Content development and deployment across all offline and online channels, Brand and Consumer activation and engagement to strengthen our conversion of adult smokers Brand and Portfolio Management: • Define portfolio strategy, brand positioning and oversee product development for Vietnam • Deploy local marketing strategies, undertaking continuous analysis and assessment of the competitive environment and consumer trends. Content Development and Management: • Define local/market omni-channel content strategy – leveraging on global toolboxes and guidelines, and ensuring all brand content is aligned with the Brand Framework • Create locally relevant and enduring brand communications and content – resulting in increased awareness, acquisition, and retention (including improvement of market share). Social Media • Co-create and co-curate with Consumer Journey, Customer Care, Digital and Corporate Communications on the Social media strategy for the market - ensuring consistency with the brand strategy Brand and Consumer Activation • Design strategic framework and approach for consumer activation platform to drive brand awareness, acquisition and retention. REQUIREMENTS • Candidates should have experience developing consumer-centric strategies and programs across various Marketing streams in relevant B2C sectors (e.g. Retail / Consumer Electronics / Apparel and fashion / FMCG). • Candidates should have experience delivering communication/ engagement plans across the consumer journey, leveraging consumers & Consumers’ data to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns • Strong experience in Digital Marketing. • Understanding of creative and media/events agencies, and the role they play in activities such as content optimization, media auditing, communication and events. • Experience of working in lean, test & learn environment(s). • Fluency in consumer centricity and efficiency. Agile ways of working experience is a plus. • At least 7-10 years experience in Marketing
