To strengthen our Norwegian team and support the launch of our new snus portfolio, we are currently looking for an Intern to join our Commercial team in Oslo, ideally starting with us as soon as possible. Your day-to-day You will be responsible for building reports and analyzing market movements and commercial initiatives. You will also support with developing and deploying commercial initiatives. This position requires an entrepreneurial, proactive, action oriented and results driven individual with a strong analytical mindset and understanding of data. • Prepare presentations and weekly/monthly predefined KPI reports relating to sales figures and activities • Support with conducting market research and consumer insight analyses to identify opportunities in the market • Collect, consolidate, and analyze performance of PMI commercial initiatives • Support with planning and executing commercial activities in collaboration with our Key Account, Marketing and Field Sales Force teams • Monitor execution of commercial activities and adjust if needed In addition you will ideally also have: • Degree from university in relevant field e.g. Economics • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive • You are detail oriented and proactive • Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and sense of ownership • Efficient in MS office • Fluency in English is essential, Norwegian would be an advantage This is a paid internship for an initial 4 months that could potentially be extended further.
