MAKE HISTORY WITH US! As a Data Enablement Portfolio and Capacity Manager, you will work with Data Enablement Heads and Managers, managing analytics initiatives portfolio and ensuring that capacity is under control. That unique role will give you a chance to design new processes, establish governance body and meet agile delivery in PMI analytics area. We are working in Scrum Teams and manage program according to SAFe framework. As PMI is transforming, we expect you to help us in that journey. You will be able to contribute to our standards and practices, helping PMI to become an agile organization. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Few years’ experience in portfolio, budget, or projects management / delivery (general portfolio management experience / project management experience) • Process design experience in the area of budget / portfolio maintenance • Minimum two years’ experience in the position with corporate top management exposure • Creative, well organized and structured leader with “can do” approach • Knowledge of IT budgeting Portfolio management, and Business Cases preparation • Very good excel knowledge and intermediate PowerBI • Basic knowledge of agile delivery • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken) • Analytical thinking with curiosity to learn the organization and analytics ecosystem • Good leadership and facilitations skills • Excellent communication and partner management • Ability to adapt to a changing environment • Ability to design processes and implement them • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card while working remotely • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • MyBenefit Cafeteria with various benefits • Free bike and car parking for all employees • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Establish and maintain process with Data Enablement Heads and Managers for demand collection and consolidation • Establish governance structure (Portfolio Board) and ensure it’s being used for new initiatives execution assessment • Cooperating with PMI suppliers and Technical Leads to collect team members assignments • Facilitate meeting related to area of responsibility • Report on initiatives portfolio and teams’ capacity (design, deliver reports) • Helping to bridge the gap between corporate procedures/policies and agile delivery • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and ensuring the information is properly distributed • Building an environment where people can trust each other and collaborate in most efficient way Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
