If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place! For our Smoke-Free Products team in Global Studio, London we are therefore looking for a Manager SEO. In this position you will be responsible for establishing global multi-category SEO strategies and coordinate their deployment to aid organic traffic acquisition and retention. You will also be responsible for delivering impactful experiences to our consumers through search engine optimization. You will work closely with multiple partners to manage customer problems, find opportunities and provide them with scalable solutions. This challenging yet rewarding role will have a direct impact in commercializing reduced risk products in key markets online and moving PMI towards a smoke-free future.   Your responsibilities: • Review how consumers search, identify keyword targets, prepare content briefs, provide content optimization directions and recommendations to content producers. • Map organic search journeys and identify relevant audiences to ensure content is topically relevant and optimized. • Carry out in-depth topic and competitor analysis using NLP and machine learning technologies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO is engrained across all web initiatives, making sure content and web assets are optimized for search. • Prepare SEO toolboxes for regional hubs to grow brand and non-brand organic search visibility. • Project manage SEO activities to support new product launches, build roadmaps, communicate plans, and coordinate with the SEO operations and regional hubs teams for seamless execution. • Build new SEO initiatives and prioritize them based on potential return on investment. • Streamline content gap analysis process to help identifying new content opportunities to respond to consumers questions. • Build reporting standards for measuring the performance of content initiatives and communicating business impact across the different parts of the funnel. • Monitor SEO performance in key markets and provide useful insights to SEO team and cross-functional teams. • Create SEO best practices training programs for internal and regional partners, including local marketing managers. • Lead agency resources, evaluate agency deliverables and performance. We’re looking for someone with: • Experience working in SEO strategy and content optimization for a global brand or large agency with experience on e-commerce international brands websites • Ability to communicate SEO standard methodologies to key partners who may not have a background in search engine optimization • Hands on experience with SEO performance and analytics tools i.e. Google analytics, Google search console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Conductor • Some experience of technical SEO, link building, local SEO and Amazon Marketplaces would be preferred • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and analytical skills • People management experience • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration • A Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or communications would be preferred • Proficiency in English is required, any additional language is a plus What we offer: Our success depends on the talented employees who come to work at PMI every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
